Roles in Groups Every member of a group plays a certain role within that group. Some roles relate to the task aspect of the group, while others promote social interaction. A third set of roles are self-centered and can be destructive for the group.

Task-Oriented Roles

Researchers identified several roles which relate to the completion of the group's task:
· Initiator-contributor: Generates new ideas.
· Information-seeker: Asks for information about the task.
· Opinion-seeker: Asks for the input from the group about its values.
· Information-giver: Offers facts or generalization to the group.
· Opinion-giver: States his or her beliefs about a group issue.
· Elaborator: Explains ideas within the group, offers examples to clarify ideas.
· Coordinator: Shows the relationships between ideas.

Social Roles

Groups also have members who play certain social roles:

Encourager: Praises the ideas of others.
Harmonizer: Mediates differences between group members.
Compromiser: Moves group to another position that is favored by all group members.
Gatekeeper/expediter: Keeps communication channels open.
Standard Setter: Suggests standards or criteria for the group to achieve.
Group observer: Keeps records of group activities and uses this information to offer feedback to the group.
Follower: Goes along with the group and accepts the group's ideas.

Individualistic Roles

These roles place the group member above the group and are destructive to the group.

Aggressor: Attacks other group members, deflates the status of others, and other aggressive behavior.
Blocker: Resists movement by the group.
Recognition seeker: Calls attention to himself or herself.
Self-confessor: Seeks to disclose nongroup related feelings or opinions.
Dominator: Asserts control over the group by manipulating the other group members.
Help seeker: Tries to gain the sympathy of the group.
Special interest pleader: Uses stereotypes to assert his or her own prejudices.

We worked smoothly today. The storyboard was basically complete and was a great success but we had to work hard on the script which was not a great success. Some of us were enjoying themselves with the camera and that was a great success but everythings a great success these days whic is a great success :) we successfully succesed the successful success and succsessed the successfull success successfully....which was a great success.....:).........wait... wat im i saying.... err... even this successful success successfully written success can successfully indicate our successfully successed success!

We successfully completed the storyboard and the script. There is just the filming to do and we are learning how to use the camera. We also discovered a program to edit the movie and it was a lot of fun as it can reverse the movie and even the sounds are reversed. We hope we can start filming next week.

We modified the script(mostly Michel), did a powerpoint(also mostly Michel's work) and filmed a bit. There is less to be done now with the modified script and the final outcome is slowly but surely taking shape. Because of the modifying, we did not have much time to film but we will diefinitely catch up which is definitely a great success.

Today we did some filming and are nearly complete. There is just the editing which may be a problem because we have just got the footage on the computer this afternoon. We also wrote our "most important things about teamwork" which are:
1.Getting on with the job
2.Organising and agreeing on who must do what
3.Willingness to join in
4.Not dumping all the work on one person
5.Being aware of what is happening and
6.Sorting out problems and conflict

Aidan did not come today but it was not a problem as Michel is our only actor and I(Trevis) did the filming. We have edited most of the film and it looks good. We also did the multiple intelligence test. The script was slightly modified too. We hope to finish the movie soon; maybe next week.

We had guests today. They were two men from Swinburne University who helped us know more about web2.0. Apart from that we did the editing and we are nearly complete.Very hopefully, the film will be complete by next week with the music and all.

BLURB
This is, if you haven't noticed, a movie. A short movie about a very active boy called Michel and a very temperamental computer blowing up. It is a short and simple sketch and we think it went very well. Unfortunately we couldn't add music and it became a silent movie... well, not so silent since you can hear some sounds if you turn the volume up a bit, but there are subtitles so that you can understand what is happening. Michel did a good job acting, nice work Aidan for the filming and thanks to Trevis who did the writing. Enjoy!

Font and editing tips in Ulead
If you are having trouble editing or want to add something special on Ulead, here are some tips we found out to help you:
1)If you are putting videos up and found out that you missed one, you can put the video in the overlay track and back into its place in the main movie.
2) If you are having trouble editing characters in your subtitles, be sure that the font is in your taste and you can add or remove shadows and borders by clicking on the borders/shadows/transparency option. I used different font sizes such as 60(the original),20-40( I don't remember) and 100( for big ones), if u do it too small, it will get really difficult to read the words. So make them larger by dragging them. For the shadows, I don't recommend them because they look dodgy but if you really want shadows, try not to use blue and a black shadow because the words would be unreadable, use green,yellow or lighter colours. I did not try light shdows but I guess you should just do the opposite.
3) If you find out that you cannot edit your characters, make sure that you double-clicked on the titles on the playing window/screen or in the Titles track (the big T). If that doesn't work, don't be afraid to start again.
4) If you want some animation for your subtitles, just click on the animation tab, which right next to the edit tab in the middle of your screen, and tick the 'apply animation' box and choose your animation. You can make words go faster than others by clicking on the customize animation button( the 2 Ts).
5) You can have samples of customized titles in the Title menu at the top. You can modify them to appropriate text for your movie. If you did that, sometimes you can find that the next (sub)title will be in the same format and animation as the sample one. To turn it back to normal, we changed the borders and shadows, the font and removed the animation. This takes quite a while and if you know an easier way to do this, please let us know.
6) You can shorten the length of videos, sounds and titles by dragging the stuff short in the tracks but you cannot make videos and sounds go for longer, you need to find or make longer ones. Titles/subtitles are no problem, you can lengthen them for as long as you like.
7) You can put effects in the movie. There are two types of effects: one affects the movement and the other ,the image itself. The first one can be found in the effects menu and there are effects such as split, turn page and zipper. These ones were not very useful for us as we only used the second one. The latter can be found when you click on the attribute section when you click on a video. Then you will find lots and lots of animations like blurring, bubbles, kaleidoscope,rain and even old film!:)
8) You can access different kinds of options from the bar at the top(the one that says video at first). There are lots of different options to choose from and you can even put animated objects too.

25/3 Student Report
We have been working on making a short movie about how to be safe on the internet; what could go wrong on the internet;with Helen Gad and Fizza Ishitaq. I have learnt a bit about the website. And we have actually made a film about a girl that nearly got hurt by a middle age man that she met on internet when they actually met up, which tells us that how we need to protect ourselves, do not meet up with someone you don’t know alone. We wrote the script out, we dressed up, we learnt how to use a camera to film, and how to edit it. I have discovered how to work in a group, to be communicating with the other members, and to get the work done on time.

This week, the 11/02/09, was again myself day. today we got assiegned the task of making a small movie, similar to the ciberea one that we watched last week. we were taught about storyboarding and we started writing a story about what could go wrong on web 2 technology. we ended up on the idea that the main character was to be kidnapped as a result of leaking to much info on were he lived to a stranger. i will have to continiue to think abuot a solution to the problem. my role was probably initator contributer(makes new ideas) and follower(just goes wif da flow). Travis did most of the storyboarding and Adrein and i came up with most of the ideas apart from the alot of slides at the end wich travis came up with himself.

This week, the 18/02/09, was AGAIN myself day. Today we continued with the story boarding and the script. We pretty much ended up finishing both. the problem was we got a camera that i wasn't familiar with so i had to learn to use the camera again today. we also learned how to add videos to the computer and use ulead. i can even play videos backwards!! thats the coolest thing YET! but i think we changed the bit about kidnapping and instead the guy just gets a prank played on him or something. i expect we'll get to do some filming next week. so yay...=)

This week, the 26/2/09, was once again myself day. Today i started to (once again) make the powerpoint as i forgot that saving didn't work on my account last week. so this time i worked on it through travis' account. so yay. i finished it, better than before and modified the script as it didn't work with the new powerpoint. it goes as follows... Michel (me) is on the computer. he suddenly finds a popup and out of curiosity he gose against his judgement and clicks on it. then the computer starts to stuff up and evventually explodes (at this point we throw small bit of ripped paper to the screen to create the effect better). then Michels dad arrives and kills him. its simple yet effective. another problem is that the computer that we used to install the camera now has a big "Not Working!" sign on it so we have to install it again. so yet again i expect we'll be filming next week.

Today (4/3/09) was ONCE AGAIN myself day. Today as soon as we got the camera we got into it. we had a little slip up though. once again WE GOT THE WRONG CAMERA. but never mind. we finished filming and then for the next 2 periods we did nothing seeing as our new camera was booked and we hadn't managed to get the footage on the comp before recess. so then the next two periods we did this passport thingo and put our footage in the computer. next week we have to think of a resolution to the problem though so we'll have a 'lil more filming to do. oh and scripting. *sigh

Today, the 11/3/09 was ONCE AGAIN myselfday. today in the morning we wrote the rest of the scrpt. the resolution to the problem. then we did nothing all morning seeing as our camera was non existent. we also did this test thing that after giving us a few questions tould us what kind of people we are. how we think and stuff. here are my results:

Today, the 18/3/09, was yet again my self day. today i had little to do. travis was taking over the subtitles and aiden was doing stuff so i was pretty much free to do as i pleased until ... bum BUM BBUUMM!!!! we got the wrong camera AGAIN. and ironically it was the same one that we started off with. but the good news was we didn't need to do any filming so yay! at period 3 however the teacher asked us these questions:
How well did you participate in your teams goals? i suppose i participate well in my teams goals.
what strengths did you discover? I discovered my streangths were creativity. what a suprise.
What was the quality of the product you produced? the quality i would like to think was high but in reality it was slightly ok... just scraping a pass.
What areas would you like to improve in? i would like to add music that works well with the movie however this could be difficult due to my limited acess to the computer and copyright laws.

so there you go. the only thing we have to worry about now is music which may be faily difficult. but thats life. what can you do? this is michel, signing out.

This morning, the 25th of march is again myself day.this morning we were given the task of writeing a 950 charcter review on how the myself program went.this is what i came up with:

In my web we had the task of making a movie on how a computer could stuff up. Then we had to write a lot of reflections about how we went with that. All I think I learnt was how to operate lots of different cameras. I found that working in a group, although a bit annoying sometimes, could make a big task seem easier. I found I was not bad at quickly changing and adapting to lots of different problems and solving them or making them work for us rather than against us. My web was very different to normal class’ but I think I preferred normal class’. That’s not to say that I the whole myself program was a flop. I just think that I should have been put in another subject.

Errors: think you meant 'Then' in the 2nd sentence, need commas in front of 'although' and after to 'sometimes', another ' in front of normal class', remove 'I' in the 2nd to last sentence, how about another in the last sentence instead of 'any other'.

My Report-
Sebastian Galota - This term in the Myself program I participated in My Web 2.0. In this program we were taught to identify different Web 2.0 websites such as YouTube, MySpace, Facebook etc, and, we also learnt about the issues with Web 2.0 such as identity theft, abuse, online predators etc. We were also required to make a film which we had full responsibility in the decisions we make regarding the film. During our film project we had to design a script and a storyboard to work off during filming. We learnt about editing, and the program we used for editing the film was Ulead. My group which included David, Harry and Mats and 1 had no idea on how to use Ulead, but by the end we all worked it out and the film came out fine, but the group could’ve worked better with the amount of work people put in. In the end my strengths were filming, editing and blogging. Some of my weakness was acting. Overall it was a great program and I enjoyed it.

Today we began filming our movie about internet safety - popups. We did a rough draft of the film and next lesson we hope to finish filming and that will give us a few whole lessons to edit and perfect

Today we have filmed most of our film and by the end of next lesson we expect to have 100% completed our film as we will have finished filming and editing. The lesson went well but we had some trouble with the sound as Mats was speaking too softly. With a lot of work we overcame this with both the software (ulead) and mats finally speaking louder.

Today we finished editing and 99% completed our short film. All that remains is to add a scene at the start introducing all the characters and the film will be ready to be played for the crowd. Me, Seb and harry did the wrk today, and as usual Mats did nothing.

Today we were working on improving the quality of sound as we didn't want to add subtitles unless we really need to. we had some great success and now the sound is really clear after a breakthrough in the last period of the day. i think that we can now finally say that the film is 100% complete.

1/04/09 My report- For MyWeb2.0, we learnt about the internet and how many internet technologies allow you to add or edit content on the internet. These technologies include MySpace, facebook, bittorrent and the myselfweb2 wetpaint blog. We also learnt about internet safety and how if not respected, the net can be dangerous. We made a video about this and learnt a great deal about movie editing. The software we used to edit was called Ulead and was fun to edit with. The other thing we leant about in My Web was how to use a blog site. We posted threads, edited our own pages and discussed topics on the internet. Overall I thought that My Web was very worthwhile and I learnt quite a lot from it. My strengths were editing, blogging and narrating. I felt a bit nervous while acting.

Today was kinda boring being in the same class room all day. I worked with 2 new students fizza an helen. (*yown* im really tired right now i wanna sleep someone take me home i want my bed an blanket).

Today, helen c was away so it was only me and fizza. firstly we planned the camera angles for the how video clip. We also planned wat cloths the characters would wear, we keept it simple but effective an helps with telling the story. (i havent eaten anything all day an i was greg his so warm to hug espacially on cold days)

in the morning we had 2 guest speechers who we wrote a thank you speech for an gave them a present. we also took pics of em
after recess we did a little filmmming and we did editing. we made the fake convosation document between her an her friend an also between her an the guy she was talking to.
after lunch we filmmed the convo station on the computer, then we wrote our wikiiys.

1. welll i think i participated in our group goals really well cos i did most of the work, an editing an filming but fizza did most of the acting an helen is missing i havent seen her in forEVA
2. my strengths r basicly being the team leader (cos no one else would be) i did filmming, editing, script writing an yeh
3. well im not quite sure yet because we havent finished me an my group are new people so everyone else got 2 extra weeks then us, but im sure it will be acceptable for handing in an marking
4. having a longer script, an knowing wat we r going to do, definitly trying to get more motivated to do the work cos most of the time ive been slacking off.

REVIEW

In "My Web 2.0" I’ve been learning about a lot of new skills. In my group was Helen Chen and Fizza Ishtiaq, I think we worked well because I don't usually get a lot of work done by myself like working in a group and discussing things finding the best answer for what we are doing and solving it. We decided to take this and make it our own, we decided to make our movie about a girl who was chatting to her friend on the internet and a random guy enters the conversation then he decided to meet up with her and almost hurts her but there was a police nearby to stop him, our other ending was he chats to her on the internet and harasses her then she finally builds up the courage to tell her parents and the police gets involved, tracks him down and goes to jail. We did this story line because you see it happens to a lot of girls it's a topic which should not be taken lightly. (character count: 874)

Today was our first lesson of My Web 2.0. We all made groups, the group i was in was with David, Seb, Mats. We watched a video called Cyberia that was OK but not great. We did a role play after that where David was the stalker, Seb was the narrator, Mats was the dad and i was the kid. I also made this account on wetpaint.

This lesson today we started learning about short films for the movie were going to make. We were all in the same groups. We read about storyboards and scripts on the handouts we got. We all worked well today but towards the end we sort of lost concentration.

18/2/09
In today's lesson we started finishing our script for our short film. We started using the camera tech. on the computer and learning how to put camera scenes together and how to edit scenes. In our script Seb was the Narrator/Camera Man/Small Kiddo, Mats was the Police Officer, David was the Dad and I was the Big Kiddo. We recorded a draft of all the scenes that we needed to do and Seb started editing and putting them together then David forgot to save it. Next lesson we will be hopefully able to finish most of our short film.

Today we have started the 'good copy' of our film. We finished all of our scenes but the only problem is that the sound is a bit of a dud. People weren't talking loud enough but we ended up getting it right in the end but Mats is still too soft in one of the scenes. By next lesson we expect to be finished our filming & editing

Today we started finishing the 'good copy' of our film. Right now we are 98-99% complete, all that we need to do is create a scene that introduces all of the characters at the start of our film. Once we do that it will be ready to play for the crowd. We added alot to our film which only went for around three minutes now it goes for a bit over five minutes. Seb and David did most of the editing while i just helped them out.

Today in My Web 2.0, we didn't really do much but there was nothing really left for us to do. We just finished off editing, the only problem with the film is the background sound is a bit too loud so we're going to try and fix that up next lesson.

Today in My Web we had guest speakers talking to us (Doc. James Montgomery & Rob Mercer) speak to us about Web 2.0 and the logistics behind them. After that Seb, David and I went to the presentation centre to see if our sound would be better or worse than it already was, but unfortunately it stayed the same which was bad. Then after Lunch, Seb and David started working on subtitles because the background sound was so bad that you couldn't hear us talking. I was looking for copyright free Music so that we could put it over the top of our movie. But Seb and David ended up finding a way to take the background sound out of the picture, so now we can hear everything clearly.
My Student Comments:
Yes i think i did participated well to our team goals.
I discovered my strenghts were trying keep the group set on our task and semi-helping with the editing.
The quality of our product finished product was great once the background sound was out of the picture.
The areas i would like to improve in are keeping to our task and making sure that we do our movie without so many mistakes and help more with the editing next time.

Today in My Web, we were getting ready for the presentation night later that day. Unfortunately for us David and Seb weren't here so it was just Mats and I finishing off the editing. We ended up finishing it up so then the class had to watch our movie and Michel's movie, they ended up choosing ours. So now our movie is going to be played at the presentation night tonight.
Student Report
This term in the myself program I did a program called My Web 2.0, in My Web, we learnt about identifying My Web 2.0 sites that include YouTube, MySpace, and FaceBook. We also learnt about the Web 2.0 issues with all these websites like Identity theft, online predators and etc. We learnt how to work in groups with different people but everyone basically knew everyone anyway. We’ve learnt how to do storyboarding and scriptwriting. We learnt about Ulead and how to use it, it was difficult at first but we got the hang of it. David and Seb did most of the editing but I did do some but not a lot. I discovered I also worked well in a group but I could have done a lot more to help out my group though, especially with the editing. My Strengths were trying to keep everyone on track and helping with the camera. Some of my Weaknesses were the editing and not helping David and Seb enough.

This week, our group performed really well. Jacinta and myself wrote the script for our movie and started to rehearse our lines.
Next week we plan to start filming as Taylor and Michelle have worked out how to use the video camera.
The material we will need to use for next week as we start filming our movie are: computers and coloured paper.

This week our group learnt the script, we are planning to memorize our lines next week before each scene... we found that we couldn't access msn through and of the school computers because it was blocked. So one night before our next lesson we are going to all go on msn one night and do the script and then press print screen and send it to school, so that we can start filming... after we have finished doing our blog's our group is going to go outside and practise the script again.

This week we couldn't film much since Taylor was away, so we only filmed one scene which included Joanne and I (on the phone). It was funny cause we had to do each scene ten times each just to get it right with a straight face... after recess we typed up the script on msn- which we sent from home, since half our script is over msn...
After we finish this, we might go outside again to film the scene we didn't finish this morning... Next week hopefully we're all going to be here so that we can film a lot more...

This week was really hard to film our movie as our class was limited to the video cameras and tripods. Apart from that i believe our group worked really well and pulled through with out any problems.
After lunch we came in and we got told that we had to fill in our own individual passports as part of the my self program. Then as a group we had to pick our best 6 IMPORTANCE OF TEAM WORKS: (we came up with)

Today we finished filming our movie in the first two periods of the day. We uploaded it to the computer and started playing around with the editing program. Hopefully our film will be finished by the end of next lesson. All we need to do is edit and put in the MSN scenes.

This week, everyone in the class had two people come in and talk to us from Swinbourne University. They talked to us about how the web 2.0 technologies worked and what happened "behind the scenes". They told us how people can get hooked into silly and pointless things like facebook applications and things like that.
Now we are almost finished with the editing and then we need to find a way to put in the msn scenes.

One of our group members was away so we just worked on our script, camera angels and costumes. At the start of the lesson HeL! was really hypo, crazy, and fizza was really bored and annoyed. HeL! was tired and hungry and she didn't stop complaining about it. Also she was missing her "hugging-friend" whos at mycity. next lesson we should start practicing the role-plays and do a little bit of recording hopefully if we get a camera!

My role for this program was basically acting for our web 2.0 videos we had to come up with, for the past seven weeks of the My Web program I have learnt a lot of new things that I didn’t know like how web 2.0 works. In a group I discovered that I worked pretty well, because we all had the chance to share our own ideas and make changes if necessary this program has helped me get along with people that I don’t usually hang around with and has also helped me learn more about them as to their skills or strengths in this web 2.0 program. During this program I discovered that my strengths was acting and it has really helped me a lot with making the video we have been doing so far. My weaknesses would have to be working with computers because I’m not really one of those people who know a lot about computers or how to use them but this program has helped me learn more than I did before.

The only problem we had was that it was soft so we thought of putting subtitles in so they new what we were saying but when we came back seb found a way to make it very clear so we didnt have to put subtitles. near the end of the day david deleated a sean and it made the whole film screw up.

Personal Reflection 25/3 - student report comment

My experience with the topic My Web 2.0 was a very wonderful one. I learnt a load of different techniques using the computer, observing with the camera, recording, editing, finalising footage and so much more. We first split up into groups of four to five. With these groups our film about Web 2.0 began. During the topic Web 2.0, I worked well with the group, helping and working with the group without any major problems. After the topic, I realised that my strengths involve in supporting and completing tasks with the group while my weakness is being overpowered by others every now and then. I think the most important thing we needed for My Web 2.0 is teamwork. You can never complete this topic without working in a group as a team. I think this was the most interesting subject ever and I wish I could stay for another term.

My Web 2.0 is learning about being aware on the web and the dangers and programs and websites people use every day, we split into groups of four to five people, then we first started by a roll play, then we created a short film for the next seven weeks about a danger online and using electrical devices such as stalkers, hackers, spam, online fraud and more, I found out that I worked well as a director and as editor, I made sure that the script was good and that the scene made sense. During this seven weeks I learnt that my weakness is that I get sidetracked, our movie was about a boy who gets mocked for his intelligence and gets put on youtube.

Today was my first day of doing the web 2 class. i found it a little bit boring being in the same room for the whole day. I am working with two other girls in my group Helen.G and Helen.C. today we came up wth an idea of our story and we also made a storyboard.

Today one of my group member Helen.C was away, so it was only me and HeL! We couldn't do much today, we just did the camera angels and the costumes. but now at the end of the day i am really tired and wanna sleep! oh yeah and we also edited the script, now there are 2 endings to our story.

We had guest speakers from the Swinburne university coming to our class today to tell us about web 2.0 technology. Helen Chen was away again today.we did some filming and editing today, we are nearly finished, we only have two more scenes to film and then editing and then we will hopefully be finished. At the end of the day now i,m really tired!!!!!!!!

1. I believe I participated well to our team goals because i did most of the acting but HeL! did most of the filming and editing and Helen.C is never here.
2. I think my strengths were that i always tried to do my best and tried to finish all the set tasks on time and push the group (HeL!) to do work. And also i was a really good listener (listening to HeL! all day.
3. I think the quality of our movie was reasonably good, all of our group members missed the first two weeks of Web 2 so other groups got 2 extra weeks. but i'm not quite sure yet because we still haven't finished our movie but i think it should be acceptable.

In the first term of the “Myself” programme I did My Web 2.0. Throughout this unit of My Web, I worked in a group with two other girls, Helen Chen and Helen Gad. In this unit we learnt about different Web 2 technologies and how they work, such as Youtube, Facebook, My Space, Bit Torrent, etc. In our groups we also had to make a short movie on Web 2 technology. Our movie was about a girl who chats with an unknown person and then gets cyber bullied. Throughout this unit, I discovered that I worked well in my group. All of our group members worked well together for our movie, I did most of the acting, Helen Gad did most of the filming and we both did some editing. I also discovered my strengths and weaknesses during this unit of work. My highest strength was Intrapersonal strength and my weakest strength was Verbal and Interpersonal strength. Overall, I thought this unit was fun and we learnt lots of new things!!! :)

+Started Storyboarding for our film
+Familiarised ourselves with the camera
and
+got started scripting for our film

CAMERAS WORK...i think
but altogether pretty fun.
I was probably more of a Information seeker and energizer,
we discussed a lot today, but in terms of getting our script done, that could do with some improvement from all of us.

What We did today:
+ Started filming the counterstrike scenes, and got started on the film and the blooper reel
+ Almost finished the general overview

*yawn* discussed a little, tried to get more work done, some people (i'm not going to mention who >:() were playing games

+ Finished our general overview, we hope to get started for the WHOLE SCRIPT
+ Finished recording our counterstrike videos... or we hope so anyway, some of the videos only play in the top-left corner for some reason

+ Some of our counterstrike videos got deleted off the camera... not going to say WHO...
+ Sick and tired of Brandon editing my page when he's obviously not supposed to.

I participated well, directing the group from object to object even when they were playing games, some of my main strengths would have to be the editing, filming, and directing aspect of it. the quality of our production is reasonably good. i would like to improve in the area of "getting started" xD

Student Report Comment: In the MySELF WEB2.0 Program, we learnt a lot about web 2.0 technologies. We made a movie, had guest speakers, and I learnt plenty, including how WEB 2.0 works and what it exactly is. I discovered that I work in a group really well, because we can share the workload around with others and we become more efficient. I discovered that my strengths are mainly on the technological side of things, so, the recording, editing and tech support. The My WEB 2.0 is a great program, it has helped me make stronger friendships with my other friends from different classes. The program has helped me try out my strengths in a group situation, so it’s a bit of a change of pace for me.
